after meditation we are quite skilled in ignoring instantaneous pain
yet prolonged pain that endures is simply just plain sh*te nobody wants to feel.

I have encountered some curious and fun semi-conscious knowledge that I will share here about the rainbow. The gist of it is to work with feelings. Once upon a time I had a theory that love is the intensity of your thoughts, light is the intensity of your feelings. Here we go:

- red is the notion
- orange is the grok
- yellow is the point
- green is the idea
- blue is the concept
- indigo is the facts
- violet is the reason

- golden is the world
- silver is the state

- beauty is the god

I have left out black and white because they are too common for ordinary practice of Wicca, in my o. But maybe people will figure them out regardless.
