I guess the first thing I'm going to do on here is introduce myself. I'm 19, been practicing Wicca for about 4 years now. I'm married and live with my husband, 2 roommates, and our rottweiler puppy. I was raised Christian, but since about the age of 10 have really questioned their teachings, so I began to look for something that made some sort of sense to me. After studying many different religions and types of beliefs I finally found one that made complete sense to me, and have been studying and practicing Wicca ever since.

This is a very simple healing spell that i use on many occasions, and can be used both on yourself or another person.

All you need is 5 candles and a couple amethyst stones.

Sit in the middle of the pentagram facing north (spirit candle should be at the north point)

Hold the stones in your dominate hand (likely the hand you write with) and hold them to the area you want to heal. (this is the same whether it is for yourself or for another person)

Relax, and get into a meditative state, and begin visualizing a bright warm light, a healing, pure light, until you are consumed by and projecting this light. You should begin to feel very warm and happy.

You will then to focus the light on just the area you want healed. If this is for another person, you will visualize and send the light to them on the area they need healed. They do not need to be with you for this to work.

Keep directing that light to the spot that needs healed. The better you focus the faster it will happen.

When you start feeling better, disperse the light back towards the elements and thank the goddess.

Take a few minutes to rest, and you should be feeling better very shortly, if not already!
