The Witches Creed:

Hear now the words of the witches,
The secrets we hid in the night,

Materials: Small glass jar with a lid

Rosemary
Procedure:
You may paint on the jar if you wish. Fill the jar with the herbs.
“God and Goddess, fill my days with luck, love and wisdom.”

Pink candle and something to light it with
Procedure:
On the outside of the jar, write any traits 13 traits you want in a lover and in this order, put in rosemary, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar.
“Goddess above and God below, I am open to love. Hear my call, search through all and send them here.”
Light the candle for a minimum of three minutes. During this time a meditation may be done. Do not visualize a specific person as this is manipulation. When you are finished, seal the jar with the candle wax.

Procedures:
Submerge your pendulum in salt water.

Procedure:
Find a spot outside underneath a tree and in the bowl/cauldron, burn the sage. (If you are doing this meditation in the Autumn, add in some leaves.) Close your eyes and examine the natural world with all of you other senses. Touch the ground beneath you. Fell the air against your face. Smell the air and the burning sage. Breath into you mouth and taste the air. Listen to the breeze if there is one. Try to connect with the quietest of noises until you find internal silence.

Procedure:
Write a letter to a specific spirit with the pink candle (and incense if you choose) lit. Use the candle to light the letter. Allow the smoke to send your letter up to its reader.

Procedure:
Write down what is causing you grief on the card/paper. Put the paper in the fireproof container and light it and the candle. Picture yourself during a happier time, the way you want to feel. When the paper is completely ashes, take it to a flowing water source and pour them into it.
