How do i become a better or a more powerful witch? I have done spells i have done research and i have meditated. I am not saying that i have learned everything nor am i giving up but is there a way to harness your power ?

Practice. Try out new things and new techniques within reason, until you find your niche. Really soul search and figure yourself out, which goes way beyond meditation. Figure out who you are, what you believe, and why. Don't repress or deny the so-called negative aspects of yourself because that will create a weakness within you.

A lot of power is based not on spells but on relationship to the self, spirits, and others. More can be achieved, and more magic will work, if you build confidence in yourself because real power comes from within.

I believe it depends on how you see "better witch". Do you want to be more powerful in your relation to energies, spells, rituals and so on?
Then read a lot on different things, things you know and not, and pratice them. Try different paths and techinques, even if you don't agree with them, you will learn from them. Try to relearn what you know on a different point of view, maybe you'll discover more about you and your powers.
Continue to meditate. It is something we don't have enough of. Maybe try different meditations, groundings and so on. It will only do you good, and help you spritually.

But being a witch is not all about power, and how you achieve them. Try to do good around you, either for yourself or others. Help them with prayers, rituals, gifts -like thrift stores too-, readings, or whatever is linked to the path you have chosen and what you do. Maybe do something you wanted to do but never did ?
This is also being a better witch, to be better than you were yesterday.
Not only will you learn more about your powers, but you'll also feel better, in everyway.

Remember that everything is not only about power, and you'll be a better witch too!

When most people think of witchcraft, they think of medieval superstitions from Europe, and maybe some old woman riding a broomstick. Read all you can on witchcraft. Follow the rites and rituals that bring about the subtle changes in oneself. Understand the Craft. Find or create a space dedicated to your part in the Craft. Learn to use magic. Keep a BOS or a grimoire, or at least a notebook with notes. If you choose to be Wiccan, remember the Law of Three.
And Wiccans should also remember the Wiccan Rede. If you are interested in becoming a witch or Wiccan, trying to talk to one in person before you make any decisions. Follow your intuition. Remember that Wicca and Witchcraft are not the same. Don't be fooled by new age rip-offs. Know what you are doing or you could seriously injure yourself.

Personally, I have found that a "powerful" witch is one that has a vast amount of knowledge. And also no just reading a book or theories on magick, but also FULLY understanding them and creating your own theories! Get in touch with the parts deep working yourself, find your 'purpose' in life, if you will. I do not believe that any one witch has more magick than another, but I do believe that some witches have a much higher skill level than others. I believe it is the duty of these highly skilled witches to train and teach the less skilled witches also.

In my experience, most witches have an affinity to specific ingredients, tools & crafts.

For example, a witch may have an affinity to crystals and their spells/rituals are more effective when crystals are used while others may find herbs to be more effective.

Some witches may find that making potions, powders & oils to use for spells is more effective.

Some witches may find that working with specific deities are more effective than elementals or animal spirits.

Like several people have already suggested, read read and read some more. Try different things to find out what resonates with you.

Remember that wisdom = effective spell casting. And that Wisdom = Knowledge + Understanding + Skill (Practice)
