I've had some success with 1000 mg hemp oil capsules in relieving painful neuropathy. Dosage on the label says 1-1000 mg capsule up to 3 times per day. So far I haven't needed more than 1 & aspirin. I've experienced no side effects from 1-capsule dose of hemp oil. Whereas a non-opioid prescription from my doctor makes me giddy & I fall soundly asleep. I don't dare drive a car if Ive taken a prescription cap. And although it may be taken 3-per day... I'd never be functional!

So, three cheers for hemp oil capsules.

I have a 2-Oz bottle of the liquid oil & it smells like over ripe green vegetation. Has anyone had experience with hemp oil as a topical treatment OR ingested it? I can't imagine swallowing a spoonful or what I could mix it with & not gag. So does anyone have helpful suggestions on how to use the bottled oil? I appreciate your help & thanks in advance.

I’ve used CBD/Hemp oil in the past. Personally I don’t think it tastes too bad. A bit sweet and a bit nutty.

Nope - I had not thought of that. I had liquid in mind - one big swallow & it's over. But now you mention yogurt that would work to counter balance the "green" taste. Thanx.

I've put the butter in coffee, fixed up w/cream and sugar.
The oil pure? That is, there is no other ingredients? It should be ok for the inner d's and outer's

Inner d's? Wuzzat? Digestion? 100% pure hemp oil. No additives.

I am so happy the hemp oil is working for you SpiritTalker! I am in so much pain due to arthritis and bursitis, I don't know what to do. Hemp oil is not legal in Nebraska.
