As a herbalist i find it strange that they'll ban something like Comfrey, but not Wormwood in Australia lol.... I have wormwood gowing in my garden, i just love her silvery fluffy leaves =)
Yes Mugwort is an Artemisia just like Wormwood... and the tincture always gives me prophetic dreams, i use it for dream work and psychic work. Although Mugwort isnt quite as harsh as Wormwood, caution still should be used with ALL Artemisias... so dont use it long term. Also DO NOT use it if you are pregnant as it is an abortifaceant.
