He has proved.. PROVED.. That we can provide and sustain the our now desert lands into more of a healthy land that yields plant life to feed our ever population growing Earth..

A very interesting video! I read in The Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan too that having a lot of grazing cattle is good for grassland (not to mention healthier for us and more humane for the cattle). I would hope that we invest more research into holistic environmental management.
