Tarot App - to use or not to use?

So, recently, my mother and aunt (both Witches like me, and taught me about the Craft) both downloaded several digital tarot decks onto their phones by way of a few apps. These apps do spreads for you, or pull single cards, and give you the interpretation of the cards. They both offered the app to me more than once, and I more than once declined.

Personally, I feel like the app just doesn't do it, or wouldn't for me, anyway. I can't adjust my mind to the concept of using an app for something like that, for whatever reason. It feels instinctively wrong for me; it just grates on my nerves and ruffles my fur for some reason. I know it's not like that for some people, though.

So, what do you guys think? I know it's a matter of opinion, but I'm just curious what the general verdict is in the community. Yes or no to the tarot apps?

I have a few, but they're more for what I call "fluffy fun." That is, I don't put any weight in their accuracy or ability to connect to my energy flow and thus allow me to feel the cards' energy and their "calling" so to speak. So it's just for funsies, plus I get to see different kinds of artwork for the cards without actually purchasing more things to clutter up my home.

But as for legit readings, I always go for the real deal.

Like Vesca, I'll always prefer the actual cards themselves.

There's no connection to online cards for me.
I may as well be playing solitaire.

I had Galaxy Tarot on my phone. As Vesca puts it, I had it for funsies but never put stock into the results.
