I want to ask if there is a spread to see if you will have kids and what kids they will be (boys or girls)?Anything like this?

Personally, I have never done any spread for this concern but I found few info online

You can look up this pregnancy tarot spread it reveals when there would be a pregnancy and what could be the gender of the kid.

Now you can always create one! That is what I do when I need something specific. Just think of the info you need and attribute to each card position a specific question or info that you need; something like:

1 - your present situation
2- the potential that you would actually have children
3- is it going along with the purpose of your life journey
4- is there any opening in a near future
5 - the possible outcome

And if card 5 tells you that there is a potential of having kids, then you draw a 6th card that you place by the 5th and that card will reveal the gender.

Of course I have not tested this spread as I have just come up with it while trying to help you I think the pattern is sound so any time I have a chance to try it i will
