Thank you for this! I'm too confident to try it yet, but once I learn a little more and get some more experience, I'll try it! Thanks again! ^_^

The only thought of getting back should take you back to your physical body. You can also close your eyes, decide to come back at count "one" and count from five to one.

I read this guide and it helped a lot!!!

I tried last night to Astral Travel and I got that sensation in my legs. I then felt kind of numb in my legs and hands. Then, as I peered into the back of my eyelids, all the colors were going crazy... Like when a TV gets ruined, and it gets all fuzzy. That's what happened to me except with colors.

I tried again this morning, but it was hard, since everyone in my house was awake and the dogs were barking, but I started to get the sensation in my legs and little numbness. I didn't see the colors though...

But I think this a great breakthrough for me!!!

However, my personal understanding of this is not as a seperation of body and spirit, but rather a shift of consciousness to another aspect of the Self...the astral self. You are simply bringing your awareness to another part of yourself that resonates on a different frequency and is composed of nonphysical components.
I am so happy to see that others have a grasp on astral projection techniques!

I find that this technique,of shifting focus to the astral properties while letting the pysical fall into the background, to be one of the best.

Oh, my I am so happy that other realize that sperating body and spirit does not really happen, well it happens, but only in death.

This is my personal favorite and I have found the mostsuccessful techniques.

Thank you for posting!

I don't know how to give you the ability to do this but I may have some suggestions on how to fix your A.D.D.
First of all check your diet. Most people that have attention deficit are eating things with artificial or natural sugars, artificial colors (especially red dye) and preservatives. Corn syrup is a sugar too that should be absolutely avoided. Try cutting these things out for at least one month. Make sure you are getting at least 8 hours of sleep at night. These need to be consecutive hours. If you are still suffering for A.D.D. after you try these things contact me and I have more idea...but this should fix it.

If one projects themselves hypothetically to a friend's room, would the person in the room be able to see them? I know it's a kind of confusing question but-let me clarify it, let's just say I projected myself to a friend's house would that person like see me in like spirit form?

I have a question similar too WiccanBoy's, though how I understand it I doubt it'd work. Could I do what he said and see what me friend was doing? I doubt this could work because you said it was like a differnet world..but I'm curious...

Okay so I tried it and my feet started tingling. The tingling rose up until my thighs but then, i dont know why, I shook for two seconds then I jumped. I didn't mean for that to happen...I was like, sort of, involuntary.

This explains a lot

Now I understand a little better why those strange things keep happening to me. I did not realize that I was projecting.
Though I have a question: Can what is done there affect me in the real world. Would that be the reason why things seem to go wrong for me so often because I have messed up something that affects me in the astral world so it is rippling out to me in the real world?

Yes and Yes.

Good thing is that anyone can go back into a dream and start shifting the energy and events. It's what energy workers do all the time. Ritual can also be used to harmonize the events in multiple worlds.

Worried

Now I am worried. I think I have done some real damage to myself and my life in the astral and I have no Idea how to fix it. Heck I know that I have and do project both ways fairly regular but I seem to be completely unable to do it on purpose with control. And believe me I have tried!!

If You can help me plz do. Or at least point me in the right direction so I can try to find the solution to my problem.

Nothing is irreparable. Start by forgiving yourself. When we work at the level of energy, worry does not serve us. Meditate in stillness. Embrace the fact of unconditional love and this will become much easier for you. This state of awareness will support you in listening to your inner guidance for the next steps to take.

There is much more that can be done. Nothing is irreparable.

The farthest I have gotten with this is, I allow myself to get so relaxed that I am no longer aware of my physical body. But I don't know what to do from there. I feel it's a start?
Does anybody have anymore tips that really help them with Projecting? I am really eager to achieve my first OBE. :)

Hey. Sorry to bring this up again but i was wondering if anyone gets to the point of numbness and then gets dizzy and feels like they are spinning around and around? It happens to me everytime i try it but i have never gotten to the actual point of projection :( Also are you supposed to keep your eyes open or closed? Thanks! -Willow!!
