An astral projection experience

Years ago, I tried alot to achieve astral projection. I would practice for hours each day, trying to astral project.
After a while, I woke up one morning, to find the experience beginning , without me trying at all !
It startled me.
I woke and began to feel myself float up, as my body lay on it's side (as usuall during sleep). The feeling of floating out of body was slow, and very tingly. As though my entire body had 'gone out of circulation'. I think I heard a sound too but I can't remember now, (like the sound a t.v. makes on a channel that gets no signal).
I looked up , and saw a beautiful lady in a white gown, with light blonde hair, she smiled at me, and held her right hand out to me. I reached up to hold onto her hand, then I got afraid, I was afraid that if I held her hand I would die.
(Even though at that time I really didn't want to live my life on earth, so it was strange that I feared dieing).
I then pulled back and tried for what seemed like a long time, to get back into my body. I had to focus so much, and I managed to float back down into my body, yet trying to connect to it, was difficult.
After trying for so long, ( I kept moving my arms or legs or fingers, only to find myself moving my spiritual body and Not my physical body! ) , after a while, I managed to Finally move my fingers !!!
Then , after another long while (it seemed), I managed to connect to my physical body and sit up, and though I still felt the tingling sensation for a bit afterwards, I was able to feel normal control again of my self.
It had been years since then that I had tried to astral project, (and at times I tried again, without success), yet recently I have been trying , every now and then, to
astral project .
I want to astral project someday as I would like to travel to the positive heavenly realms in order to find someone to Heal my heart (emotional pain).
Though at times I do imagine that blonde Angel around me. It does give me some Peace at times.
So that is one of my astral projection experiences, I thought I would share.
