Thank you Kassandra and Firebird. I was enduring a rather difficult tooth extractio this morning, complete with major pain and anxiety. I reached out for help and felt Kassandra's presence, and saw a little blue firebird sitting on my knee. It really helped. Thank you both.

haha, Snowcat said when I PM'd her asking how she had been feeling lately, it was precisely when she was in the dentist office. My significant other, friends and a few clients have told me I come to them astrally (teaching classes and stuff, and I never remember it, but I always hope I had clothes on, lol). Hmm, apparently, I do dental appointments, too. haha
