Everything Under the Moon

I cast my very first (and only spell so far) a few months ago, and it seemed to work. I say this, because it was a protection spell and to banish negativity from my boss, at that time. I have since left this job, and I'll be going into a new job soon. But, then, working with him was tough, and all on my team suffered with his mood swings and negative tone. I found a simple spell, it called for writing down the person's name on a piece of paper, and burning it, on a fire proof dish. Then, dispelling of the ashes outside and away from your house. Not in your kitchen garbage can. I felt myself really put all of my intentions into it, i called upon God, as I believe in God. I asked for his power to come upon the situation and ''may it be so.'' I didn't wish him harm, but over the course of a few weeks, his behavior transformed for the better, not entirely perfect, but nothing is perfect. I believe it worked.

I was wondering if you have any other simple ideas for banishing negativity, and protection spells? (or incantations) I have been liking incantations.
