Hello there.

I was wondering if there is any particular spell or other spiritual practice that isn't too complicated which can allow you to reach someone and have them contact you? Nothing bad like love spells which can bring you bad karma but something harmless because you rreaally need to have this person contact you. I do not want any criticism or questioning why or why I can't contact this person because all that information is private and a long story to tell. Thank you very much in advance.

In today's mobile world it's easy to lose touch with people. Reconnecting has lots of options. I'd recommend relaying an invitation to make contact. Candle spells can work good for this. Focus on the flame and think of the person's inner identity. Basic telepathy connects you.

Visualize answering the phone or opening the email... Whichever fits your circumstances best. Would you reccommend using my old mobile phone for this because back when this person was actively in my life I had a different mobile phone than my current one... since that phone still has our messages in it etc? Could it strenghten the bond? And could I use anything else like something this person gave me or a photo of them or is the candle enough?

Yes, you've got the idea. The more you make the spell your own and identify with the messanger the better. Links to the messenger add strength. As for the candle, gazing into the flame induces a light trance, and that boosts things along. Wax and wick are fuel for the flame, which is a living element.

You can mix in the message of your needs and longings. Sometimes the appeal of an open heart is irresistible.

Would this work to ensure they continuously contacted you, or would I have to do it every time I wanted a response?
I'm basically trying to communicate with the worst communicator on Earth. Sometimes I'm not sure how he keeps friends he's that bad. And I'll tell ya'....I could definitely stand to be a little more patient and to accept there's a plethora of reasons why someone might not answer, but I'd have to say about 70% of my texts to this person go ignored and I am always the one to reach out first. If I could get them to text me on a regular basis, and/or have them text me on their own without me texting them... I'd just be blown away.

This may be someone who's basic nature just doesn't seek other's approval so regular contact isn't in his lexicon. We can't alter someone's basic nature.

Hmm. Yesterday I put a tiny piece of notebook paper in my shoe before my daily nap on the couch in my college's art gallery asking for them to pretty please text me and then sent a text to them just asking what was up. I got 4 texts from them which compared to normal was A LOT so whether by chance or by something of my doing, I was pretty pleased with that. I didn't want to jinx anything or push my luck so I left things alone after that

I have a contact me spell that works perfectly. I take a piece of brown paper bag and rip it into a small square then I write the petition with a light blue pen:
Their name and birthday 3x doing down
Turn the paper 90 degrees and write "CALL ME" 3x going down (crossing their name)
Turn another 90 degrees and sign your name 3x going down (this will end up on top of their name)[/list]

You can add oils to the petition (Attraction oil, come to me, etc) but I don't. I fold the paper towards me and put it into my phone case and forget about it. In my experiences it works within 2 weeks

The best timing is a full or waxing moon and/or on a Wednesday

I struggle with this My tactic is to usually start saying my message in my head before I go to sleep and say it over and over til I fall asleep. But I usually wind up getting distracted by other thoughts in the process. So, I feel like anyone I try and telepathically speak to like this winds up hearing lots and lots of other Cleo-brain mumbo jumbo in addition to what I am trying to tell them
