Crystal ID

Does anyone have any guesses to what this could be? What type of Crystal or gem?
They're all pics of the same stone.

I'm really new to gems and crystals but my guess is red jasper?

About 90% sure it is a red jasper, but would like to see a picture of the right side of the stone as it sits in picture #2. looks like there might be some banding there.
