Everything Under the Moon

Not sure if this would fit in this category or not but here it goes...
Does anyone else get a funny engery feeling when it rains and you know when it's going to lightning because you can feel it? Like, you don't get electricuted. But you feel its energy...Anyone?

Hummmm, like being super charged? ...every breath you take is full of energy?... frisky beyond belief?... ready to run the fields naked? YES!...and Howl at the moon?...OWieeeeeeeeeee!!! Jump up and down screaming??? Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Ummmm, yes... I have been there, but then I have been the one under the bed, begging for it to end.
Then, like the fool,... One finds himself at the top of the precipice arms raised, hair flying in the wind, lightning bolts whizzing past the ears, screaming "I AM! ...I AM!! I AM Here!"!! WOOhoooooiee!!!
well nowadays I tend to stay indoors Wish I still had the energy to go do that!

Yes like that!!! Last night it was thundering and lightning here where I live just for a few minutes..nothing serious. Parts of me kind tingle and some parts almost seem like they go numb...It's not the first time it's happened.. Sometimes everything is SO intense it freaks me out

It tends to make me feel on edge. Maybe that's a leftover from the time I got zapped. I was 17 and invincible. Lightning struck close enough that it traveled through the ground and zapped my foot. Then about 7 years later I got beaned with a golfball sized hailstone. Sometimes I wonder how I've escaped death by stupidity.

Oh I miss it soooo much! Where I am now (Alaska) is just too dry. There is nothing I love more than a good thunderstorm on a hot summer day. Had a way of making me forget my troubles, forget all that is on my mind and focus on what nature is up to. And yes, energized! I was always so amazed with 'heat flashes' we get that a lot on the East Coast, no real bolts just... well, flashes. I love when that happens.

Firebird... energy? The older I get the only energy I have sometimes is in my crystals...and they still won't clean the house for me lol.

Last night was actually the first night I let myself open to such a feeling. I've been deathly afraid of lightening and thunder for...maybe 15 years? I wasn't born with the fear, and I haven't always feared it. One day I just couldn't stand to be outside. But as we were driving through the storm last night, I felt closer to the goddess! And this morning it's a beautiful day out and I don't have to water my plants this morning!

Heat flashes? I still get those. Oh, wait, that would be hot flashes. We had some thunder and lightning here earlier, but no tornado sirens. I think I caused a "great disturbance in the Force" when I showed up with a cashier's check and paid off the Sears credit card in full. It really felt good ripping that band-aid off.

I LOVE storms. The lightining and thunder boost my energy levels. I get a rush of excitement, sometimes i feel like my energy radiates around me, especially if I am meditating during a storm. One of the best feelings ever. On the other side, and I know this sounds strange because it does up my energy level, but I find this is my favorite time to sleep as well. bOOm, Crash, Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
