Is it possible for the 3rd eye to be blocked by a spell?

If so, how would go about unblocking/undoing the spell?
Binds that don't allow consciousness are called lies... for example. "Jesus is evil" or "all men are stupid"... it is impossible to construct self in that type of circumstance. Take hope and use it to propel yourself into truth and, well, away from the hypocrites doing that.
