Yeah, I should have been clearer, but that's what I meant about rude assumptions/comments. I mean, rude because it's never, oh hey, a Satanist, cool, nice to meet you! It's always ahhh, Satanist, you eat babies and kill cats! And whatever other weird stuff people get in their heads. (Do try not to throw the actual Satanists under the bus when explaining the pentacle, heh.) A lot of people see pentacle and think Satanist, besides the fact that it's been used by many groups, Christians included. So that's something to expect to have to deal with at some point. And like I said, no harm in wearing it under your clothes. Sometimes it's nice to have a reminder of your path that's just for you.

I’m in the broom closet but I do have a black ring band with the 3 phases of the moon with the pentagram in the full moon. I’ve only had 1 person ask about it and they have studied Wicca. I always wear it. It feels like it’s a part of me, like a fingers or an arm. It pains me not to have it on.

Hi all. So I held the Pentacle under running water whilst saying an apt blessing prayer that I found online. I am now wearing the necklace and feel my Wicca journey starting to take shape.
