Motivation Spell Request

This is an unusual request; I am looking for a spell to help motivate someone else. I have a friend who is working hard to get in shape and I was trying to do something to help them out in addition to lending my support and encouragement. I guess what I am basically looking for is a psychic booster shot for another person.

i'm sorry to sound rude, but you can't bind someones weight. Binding is for psychic attacks and negative emotions. You can bind their lack of will-power, not their physical body. If that was the case, it wouldn't have taken me two years to lose all the weight that I did.

Three Steps Forward spell
to be rid of lack of motivation

You will need:
Orange Candle
Small Piece of Paper
Red Ink Pen or Feather Pen with Dragons Blood Ink

On the small piece of paper write down the word "Motivation" in the red ink. Fold the paper up somewhat small, but big enough to hold it in the flame without burning yourself. Light the candle visualizing a spark of energy as the flame rises. Put the paper in the fire and watch it burn while sayingl:

Motivate me/he/she,
(name), Dissipate the
Lack of energy

Try to breathe in the smoke..but not too much. Lay the paper down in a fireproof dish until its ash. close your eyes, and take in the energy. Repeat the spell until you feel you've raised enough energy. Let the candle burn and pour the ashes onto the Earth. You can either extinguish the flame and light it again whenever you need an extra boost of motivation, or you can keep the flame burning to stimulate motivation for the entire time the flame is lit.

Thank you so much! That one sounds great. I'm going to have to use that for me too on my low energy days. May I add that to my book?

Theres no need to apologise, you didn't do anything wrong. You can bind them to help them want to achieve their weight goal, yes this is possible.
