The Moon in secretive Scorpio is challenged to open up a bit as she interacts with many of the other planets in the sky. There is a flow to our emotions that allow feelings to rise up and instead of repressing them, it is important to experience them. How we feel is as important as what we think, and maybe even more important now, as our ability to feel must catch up with our ability to think. Feelings have always been messy and frowned upon in polite society. Yet the repression of those feelings create the atmosphere where they come out in uncontrollable and often destructive ways. This is not the way of the New Paradigm, feel your feelings, understand them, share them & move through them. Within our emotions is a great force of energy, it is best we use it for good!

The Moon shift from emotionally deep and often brooding Scorpio into optimistic Sagittarius. The two and a half days that the Moon travels through Scorpio is generally an intense time so when the Moon shifts into the next sign there is always a sense of relief and lightness. The Sag Moon does run up against up Mercury retrograde in Cancer. There is a push pull between wanting to be emotionally secure and wanting absolute freedom. We want both things, yet they are so antithetical to each other that we struggle with which one is more important to us. Ultimately security can only be found within and once touched we get to be free. True freedom only comes after lots of work and a willingness to be responsible for ourselves.

The Moon in Sagittarius puts us in an optimistic mood as we have the opportunity to reformulate our emotions in a more progressive direction, one based on a sense of the working together for the common good. We still have some doubts about how we can actually make it all happen on a practical level, yet it doesn't mean it can't be done, just that we may have to make a number of adjustments before it is workable. Today is also a good day to meditate as our intuition is highly sensitive and we can get the answers we need from our own higher selves.

Today is a full Moon in Sagittarius. Full Moons are about awareness and in Sagittarius we are dealing with our beliefs and the ideas that make up our beliefs. With the Sun in Gemini we are concerned with information, yet Gemini's ruling planet, Mercury is retrograde and in emotional Cancer, so the information we get must be felt on an internal level to test it for it's validity. There is also an opposition between Venus in Taurus and Saturn in Scorpio. We become aware of what is important to us and where we stand financially and sexually, within some of our most intimate relationships. Today is a day full of realizations!

The Moon in Capricorn puts us in the mood to get down to business, and there is plenty of business to get down to. The Moon makes a number of stressful aspects to Pluto, Uranus and Mars and some flowing ones to Saturn and Venus. We know what is important to us, we know were we stand financially the question is how to we move forward in our relationships to other and to our society. A last 1/4 square between Mars and Pluto creates a crisis in the way we think about our desire nature. Are our desires in alignment with those of society or are they different. And if they are different, what are we going to do about them. Be true to yourself and remember power starts from within.

The Moon starts the day in Capricorn and slips into Aquarius in the afternoon. While in Capricorn it makes an opposition to Jupiter in Cancer & an inconjunct to the Sun in Gemini. We are aware of how our family of origin dynamic, has effected our lives. We can look at this with a dispassionate eye and take steps to foster maturity. We must be responsible for ourselves if we ever expect to be happy. Emotional adjustments must be made, as we become the true captain of our own ship. We are challenged to both feel and think simultaneously today!

The Aquarius Moon allows for some detachment and objectivity so we can take the necessary actions within relationships to be who we authentically are. There is some challenge to our sense of control. It's important to give each other the freedom necessary and not lot things like jealousy or fear of being betrayed muddy the waters. If the relationship is true it will blossom and if it is not, it's better to know now and move on!

The Moon changes from mental Aquarius to emotionally sensitive Pisces today. Before slipping into the signs for the fishes the Moon makes a flowing trine the Sun in Gemini, this is a waning trine of understanding. We have learned something about ourselves and others and today we can share that illumination with others. Mercury also shifts signs today as it backs into Gemini. Mercury is Gemini's ruling planet so it loves being in Gemini, it is not too thrilled that it's moving backwards. All information must be taken in and digested to determine if it is viable. This 'extra step' can make those who like to assimilate information quickly, frustrated. There is no fighting the current here, if you try you will succeed only in frustrating yourself more and chasing your tail. Remember, everything in it's time.

The Moon in sensitive Pisces makes many flowing aspects today. There is a sense of connection to the Source of all things, whether you call it God, Goddess, Great Spirit or the Great Void. Today is a perfect day to foster loving understanding and forgiveness. Releasing ourselves from the chains of judgment, whether it be judgment of others or self judgment. This does not give us permission however to be martyrs, that is so 'old paradigm'. A sextile between Jupiter and Venus gives us the opportunity to relate in a new and more progressive way. Don't waste this golden opportunity.

The Moon in Pisces makes a last quarter square to the Sun in Gemini. This crisis in thinking challenges us to review just how well the structure of our lives align with our new understanding. This is both a personal and social challenge. The Sun conjoins Mercury retrograde today. Something around the way we think is illuminated. Answers lie within

The Aries Moon is challenged today as she aspects each point of the Cardinal T-square that is gracing the heavens at this time. When the Moon is in Aries we like to have complete freedom to do as we please, yet a square to Pluto requires us to build foundations for the emotional freedom we want to have. The idea is attractive, but the amount of work it takes is not. We also can't take an action without considering how it effects others as the Moon opposes Mars in Libra. By the evening our sense of autonomy reaches a day long high as the Moon conjoins Uranus. Fireworks are likely, so let them be celebratory because we have found a way to be unique and consider others, instead of fireworks of the negative variety.

The Moon continues it's fiery journey through Aries. Emotions are high today as the Sun moves into Cancer, heralding the beginning of Summer in the Northern Hemisphere. The chart for the solstice gives us a clue as to what the summer will hold for us. We continue to deal with deep emotional issues & are challenged to continue to relate in a different way. The actions we take now, and the foundations we build will have long term & profound consequences for our lives, our society & our planet. Tread lightly & lovingly!

The Moon in Taurus has a relaxing day as it makes flowing connections to the Sun, Neptune & Pluto. When the Moon is in Taurus we crave peace and comfort and the aspects support this, even though there is a need to do things differently, we are willing and supported through the process. Put up your feet and enjoy the day. You certainly deserve it!

While yesterday our comfort zone was padded with nice fluffy pillows, today the Taurus Moon is challenged to make some concessions. This comes mostly from within our relationships. There's a part of us that knows that any time we get to sit back and put up our feet, it's only a temporary occasion for us to rejuvenate. Too much change and transformation is occurring at this time to be anything other than temporary. Yet the shift of Taurus' ruling planet Venus from Taurus into versatile Gemini does give us the spark we need to interact discuss and make the necessary adjustments to continue on our journeys into our co-creative future!

When the Moon is in talkative Gemini we feel most secure when we can share of feelings through verbalization. Yet although there may be lots of talking today, understanding what is being said is another issue. Mercury continues to be retrograde in Gemini, so misunderstandings are likely. And the Moon squares Neptune in Pisces which does nothing to clear things up. It's better to wax poetic today, as prosaic details are doomed!
