"Losing control" dreams

I've been a little (okay, very) stressed out lately and have been working more hours than normal. I'm still a little unsure about my work situation and don't exactly get along with my supervisor or my fellow kitchen attendant... then I return home and am too exhausted to clean house or make dinner. I know my living and work situation and much better than it has been, but I am still feeling out of control. I think this is leading to two different reoccurring nightmares that happen at least twice a week lately. I'm completely open to ideas and insights.

1) Teeth are falling out. (This is the more common of the two.)
In this dream, I will be getting ready for a big event (wedding, graduation, so on) and I will be about done with my makeup when I feel a weird pain in my mouth. I usually find that a tooth or two has fallen out. I completely panic, and while I am crying to Cody about it, more and more teeth start falling out. I usually wake up crying hysterically from it.

2) I slowly become paralyzed.
I will be in the middle of an incredibly busy day at work when I slowly am unable to hold onto cups or plates. I can't walk very well, I can't speak, and so on. By the end of the dream, I am completely unable to move and people are SCREAMING at me to get up and do something. I'll be freaking and trying to beg for help, for someone to call 911 or something... but no one will help me.

Got any "power spots" near you ? I mean a real one, known to natives in your area. You need a recharge...

I am not going into it here...but I know this, from :
1 Experience
2 Advice from elders
3 The code

In lieu of this, go put your back against a healthy old oak, especially...and breathe...otherwise what trees do you have in area ?

It seems you are overworked. Is it possible for you to take a holiday? Even if you have to work hard right now, can you discuss the best time for holiday with your boss? Even if it is in the future, having something to look forward to can give you strength to cope with current stress.
Another option is to simply accept that you can't tidy up or cook after work and stop worrying about it. You can order your dinner and the world will not end if you don't wipe dust for two weeks. Also you can always ask your husband (I think you have a husband or boyfriend?) to help you.

I go to the sand dunes every year to recharge. I refer to it as a pilgrimage, because it really is. Medano Creek is running high and warm. I can just stretch out in the water an connect with the Elements. The San Luis Valley is a power nexus, so it works out well.

When I can't get away and recharge, I limit myself to doing only what I have to. I can't take care of anyone else, if I don't take care of myself.

We have a vacation planed for November, but My husband and I have began discussing taking a small weekend trip to a cabin this summer- something to look forward to.

I also took tomorrow off work from my bartending job, so I will have TWO days off (I haven't had a day off all month yet). I do need to care for myself.
