How to increase dream lucidity and vividity...and more lol..

Dream lucidity, i have read, will improve when you write out dream journals or you can also do reality checks.
what i mean by reality check is, to make sure you are dreaming or if you are awake. How you can do this is by attempting to do the impossible with no risk involved, like trying to move your hand through a wall or something. dont want to jump off a building to see if you can fly right XD. One other method i heard about is reading somehting, then reading ti a second time to see if it changed in the dream. They say if its astral projection then um it wont change or something.
And i just started trieing this, but it worked really well. i would try to be aware of my environment at all times. like typing right now im trying to be aware of whats behind me, what sensations im feeling and everything, because dreams if you are more aware higher odds you would recall more of the dream, which is what happened ot me last night. also more details in dreams you could also get or remember. Last night i had two or three vivid dreams, it had stuff like the fbi diffusing bombs in a parkign lot i happened to be near, to me having superpowers. i even flew up to this massive tree (like 20 stories tall). and i had to help save the world as well lol.
And that was from me just trying to do that awareness thing while i excersized outside, or when i would be doign some stuff indoors. since it was my first night trying that, it also could have been something else i did that day. which was, i decided to try to be the god in my dream world as a way of self-mastery, since the dream world is um a world within us why cant we control it? so i think id make the world utopian peaceful spiritual amazing etc etc happy. but well, one of those two things caused me to dream better XD.
also now because im trying to reach self-mastery and such i am wondering how a God might think, what a God would have been like before being a God, and what a God's activities and abilities include, and all sorts of stuff. im also wondering from human<superhuman<immortal/demi-god<God<almighty God, im wondering which ones would have certain levels of thoughts and such and what their concerns would be and etc. i also think making my dreams more peaceful and loving and aware and stuff would improve my health and such, and even being godly in dreams i think would greatly improve mental capacity, like having a whole world in your head would have to make you a genius i suppose XD if its accurate that is. i think itd improve memory and a whole lot more. So im wondering if people have any ideas or anything on that?
