I'm a female, in my 30s. Likes... solitude, reading, writing, nature, music, cooking, gardening. Dislikes... angry people, being cold, coffee, the sound of brushes against rough surfaces.
I considered myself Christian for the last few of my teenage years, then identified with spirituality, especially after I lost my nan. My family arent Christian. Then discovered paganism and really studied the deities, divination, visualisation meditations and spells. Then a few scary experiences and then the fear of christianity being true (and the consequences if it was) drew me back for a few years, i threw away all my witchy things.
But christianity feels cold to me, I don't feel myself. I suffer with anxiety and depression and i don't find much warmth there.
Lately I've started buying books and researching and meditating again and reading a lot on here, and I've genuinely got my zest for life back!
For quite a few reasons I feel very close to goddess Brighid and I'm hoping to start working with her. Would be nice to get to know some people here too
