Spell to regain contact with an ex

I wish for an old friend to contact me soon is there a spell for this? :type: we didnt exactly leave on good terms after our feelings weren't what they were. Is there a spell the help reignite our friendship and to help us get into contact and on speaking terms

Simple, noninvasive, nonmanipulative. During waxing moon (think it starts 3/11) inscribe on a white votive size candle the following " (persons name) welcome back". light the candle and let it burn all the way down to a puddle. break the wax up and place it out in nature. If that person is interested in speaking with you, you will find out. If not, respect their will.
