Soul retrieval

I hope this is the right forum for this.

I have been working on some self-soul retrieval exercises. So far, it seems to be working with progress slow, but positive.

I don't have access to shamans in my area. Anyone ever done this for themselves? Did it work? Did it last?

I've never done this for myself, but I helped guide a friend after a really terrible end of a relationship. I helped her once a week, then we went to once a month. It was not too slow going, but it takes much dedication. I gave her some exercises to use if she ever felt herself slipping away again, and almost three years later she is more exuberant than ever.

I hope your pursuit has much ascendancy.

What exactly is a self-soul retrieval?

Soul retrieval is a shamanic process whereby a shaman travels to an astral plane and retrieves parts of a person's soul that has been lost.

The parts may have been lost due to some kind of trauma or intense event or sometimes taken by someone else.

Symptoms include feeling drained, lost, not whole, different from the person that you used to be.

Ah thanks :D

I experienced this once, though it was through meditation, I was still consciously here.
