I’ve had an angel-shaped opalite (gift from my mom) for over a year and my rose quartz elemental tower arrived today! It has the four elements on each side with a pentacle on the base. I’m going to use it for casting circles.

Heh-heh, from the post's title I was expecting a photo of a cat, or a dog, or maybe a bunny. Angels are nice too of course. :D

& I'm just curious what you had in mind for how will you will actually use the RQ in circle casting. Would you want to be more specific?

That rose quartz tower is very cool, :surprisedwitch: I like how the elements are etched into it.
I have an egg out of the same material as the angel, which is actually opalite (sometimes called opaline) and is made of glass and is not a true opal. Thay are real pretty though.

When calling the four elements/corners to my circle, I’ll point each side of the quartz with the corresponding element to each of the candles. Example, when facing the fire candle I’ll point the quartz with the fire side pointing towards it. Basically I’m going to use the quartz in place of a wand. Hopefully my description made sense.

I finally went shopping today! It was a wholesale store so they had EVERYTHING! Which was wonderful and overwhelming at the same time. I knew what I wanted so I didn’t get too distracted. I came across a stone that was so pretty, I almost bought it but it would have added to my unexpected expenses. It was called Mangano Calcite.

These are the two that I was on the hunt for. I wasn’t too picky about how the Lapis Lazuli looked (aside from being polished) but I knew I wanted a heart-shaped rose quartz. I can’t wait to start using them!
