Everything Under the Moon

For a few days I am intrigued about a particular group of people called Supra celestial beings.I have heard that theses people are never governd by their destined planets but they themselves have the pwer to control their destiny or fate.Whatever they wish they can make it happen?Now they are no practising magicians.My quest is do they really exist or are they a crap.Also if such people exist then how can one understand that they are supra celestial beings?
