Spirits or bad eyes?

Sometimes I see things moving in my peripheral vision, mostly in my kitchen and dining room and at certain places at my college campus, but other places as well. Whatever I'm seeing moves very very fast and there's never actually anything there.

I believe I'm seeing ghosts or spirits or some other sort of paranormal being, but that's just because I choose to believe in that sort of stuff I don't have any actual proof and the more likely case is I'm seeing changes in light or that my eyes are just bad and I need to actually wear my glasses from time to time :P

Try your glasses in different places you usually see the whatevers. Try different light conditions. Sitting or standing, moving or still. Do the same without the glasses. Compare and contrast. Last a night when everybody in your house is asleep, get a chair you can get to in the dark, lights out and pull the curtains your going to close your eyes anyway. Sit down, close your eyes. For the first five minutes just sit and let the house calm. Now with your eyes still closed {if you want to go big time get a sleep mask and earplugs} reach out with your mind, see what or who you sense. Do that in each room that doesn't have somebody sleeping in it. There is no rush, take your time. Do it over multiple nights. You should have a good idea of what's what.

The best way I've found to check is to keep looking straight ahead but use the peripheral vision to continue to observe. If something remains briefly in sight, it's probably not eye-specs and thus can be a spirit. Even better if you can reach out with the empathic faculties, you may sense their emotions. Say hi & see what happens.

There are also many kinds of elemental beings that move faster than human eyes can follow, and if you see them holding still it's because they are letting you see them. These would probably hang around any spaces where foot paths converge, trees are clustered or by flowing water.

I definitely believe there are some spirits in my house that may have followed us when we moved a while back. I remember the first year or two I'd think I saw my dad walking in or dining room only to find nobody was there. At my college campus I'm not sure that's probably just my eyes being sleepy :P either way I would love if the spirits would let me see them so maybe I will say hello.

Tis true our perception of paranormal phenomenon is most acute in the peripheral visual field (unfocused as looking through an object. Remember the old computer generated images you had to stare at with unfocused eyes in order to see the image appear) . This is how we perceive the aura and alter-dimensional apparitions. Often in Circle I am able to see the presence of my Goddess by squinting and viewing through my eyelashes. Light bends ever so slightly when interfered with by an object it must pass closely to and bend around the sub-atomic field.

I had forgotten about those images. As I've gotten older, I find that I see things straight on, in addition to seeing them in my peripheral vision. It's unsettling sometimes.

It also could have something to do with one eye being 20/40 and the other 20/200 ... my vision (without my glasses) is pretty wonky in general :P ghosts or no ghosts
