I love english breakfast tea, but I don't know what's in it... or how to make it...
Also, does sage, alone as a tea, taste good? I mean, what does it taste like?

I love tea! I grew up with bags of dark tea submerged in a pot that was previously made hot. Man, there was a strict code for tea making in our house. NEVER SQUEEZE THE BAG ON PAIN OF DEATH!! It's stuck with me. Now I prefer loose teas-especially Japanese style teas. We have a great place here for amazing blends and pearls/flowers that open. White, green you name it.

I regularly create infusions with loose herbs. Mint is always on hand. I love my nettle/mint mix. Locally there is a herb called pineapple weed, and it is a very lovely local medicine. Fresh ginger and lemon infusions are a constant when the year is dark and damp. Nootka rose hips are collected and are a great vitamin c booster.

I drink green tea all day everyday. Sometimes I'll add ginseng, honey or mint. When I make black tea I prefer it to be sun brewed. I've been known to add absolutely anything to black tea: lemon, raspberry, orange, honey, cinnamon, the possibilities are endless.

Chamomile tea with honey is the best when you're sick.

My favorite has to be either an iced green tea with honey or a hot black tea with lemon.

I just use commercial tea bags. I have PG Tips black tea, that i found it on the grocerer's shelf. I think its English & has hops mixed in. Also I've got Bigelowe's chamomile, Plantation Mint, Earl Grey, Constant Comment (love this). Nothing really for medicinal use, just for enjoying. I'll add just a few drops of a single tincture, such as vervain, Angelica, mugwort, or dandelion root for some trance aid.

I drink so much tea it all sits out on my counter.

My current favorite is a lavender tea I found in my grocery store. Also raspberry leaf tea. (Not pictured)
Raspberry leaf tea is great for that time of the month.

I do drink quite a bit of tea, but I am a caffeine freak, so its usually black teas. I am partial to Twinings. Especially the irish breakfast and earl grey. Usually mixing one of each to get the strength of the irish with the bergomot flavor I really like.

Oh absolutely! And they smell great too! Elderflowers' summery scent can put anyone in a good mood.
