Hey, Cookie- she mentioned how these sites failed her expectations, so I don't think they're the ones that you'd want to take a look at. Stick with Everything Under the Moon, it's great, as I'm sure you know

thank you! this has helped me so much and has made me understand a lot more.
i hope you dont mind..but im not sure that when you try out chants (etc.) are you suppossed to memorise it and try to do it off by heart?
im not sure if thaat makes sense.

It would definitely be easier to chant it if you had it memorized but no, it's not a requirement. If you saw the movie Practical Magic or The Craft (yeah they're just fictional movies, but still) you'll see that the witches read their chants out of a book. Not all chants are going to be easy to memorize, but if you can memorize it then by all means, go ahead and do it. You'll be able to focus better if you aren't having to read the chant from a book.
