I have been reading more about techniques to handle energy, and psychic messaging was part of what I am reading.

I believe to have good intuition and am sensitive to energies and feel messages. I felt twice my Dad after he passed away, both times I was in a state where I could not wake up but was not asleep. I tend to feel things easily when in that conscious/ subconscious state.

But I have not yet tried to send / receive messages when fully awake. I have started trying to communicate with a relative who lives in another country using visualization, creating the energy ball and talking to it then releasing the energy. Yesterday I felt as if a message was sent to me as I heard my name and had shivers and goosebumps, but could not concentrate as I was working so it lasted only few seconds, but it was very intense. I have not spoken to my relative to ask if it was him.

I will continue practising, but my question is if the recipient is intended to receive the message right away when you send it, or if you think it can be like when you e-mail ( it take some time to reach the person depending on receptivity, intensity of the message, etc ). It is said that sometimes when you think of someone then you get a call from that person a bit later. But in this case, I sent the message at night and got an answer ( if it was an answer ) the next morning.

Also, when saying the message to the energy bubble, I use to whisper it. It is said that you need to say it out loud as loud as possible, but I cannot do that or I will wake my little girl so I whisper, I do not think it is the actual words you say but the energy in them... right ?

If anyone has some experiences to share, please do so, this is a very interesting topic to me !

I have a friend that I am very close with (we are practically siblings) and it seems that when we send or receive messages (which happens often) it is subconscious. We never actually mean to send a message, but we do. We have influenced each other into making the same decision at the same time. For instance, one time, I wanted to talk to her and I was in a class she was not in. I also had a horrible headache. I got a pass to see the nurse and she (my friend) met me halfway! We did it again the next day, but I was headed to the library. We have also managed to send/share pains. She twisted her ankle...my ankle began to ache. I got a headache and it lessened (we shared it lol). I don't know if this helps, but I thought I'd share it with you, good luck!
