Something strange has happen to me.it all begin when i was 14 now im 22.i use to see a ghost.when i woke up in the middle of the night i could see him.he always sat on a chair beside the fridge. he had blond hair with an orange shirt with the number 22 or 23 on the back, and beige coloured pants. he never bothered me. i would see him about 3 or 4 times a week always at night.there are other things i saw too.i use to see shadow people.when i looked out the window i could see them.they were three men wearing black clothes.always standing up watching me.i saw those things for a year and a half . after i moved i never saw the shadow people or the ghost but the strange thing is the day before i moved out. the ghost came and sat on the bed beside me when i was sleeping. he kissed me and then i looked at him i was scared and then he dissapeared.its been 7 years since this and still think about it everyday.i wish there was an answer to this.its strange but i miss seeing the ghost. i wish he would come back.

I've been seeing stuff too but not in a good way.
They've been haunting me.

Well, you might have a gift, you see ghosts.
You have to know that they are all around us and there is nothing to be afraid of, they might be trying to communicate with you.
Here are few things you might want to do when seeing them:

Don't panic : ghosts can not harm you, but they can scare you, if you have no reason to be revenged don't be afraid. If a ghost is showing its self to you there is a reason for it and you have to understand it.

Try to communicate: Yes, you might be able to communicate with the spirit. If this is a residual haunting - a kind of recording on the environment - then you probably will not be able to communicate with it. The ghost will not even notice you. That would be like trying to communicate with a video recording; no interaction is possible.

If this is an intelligent haunting, however - a true spirit of a once-living person - you might be able to get a reaction. The spirit might look at you, possibly as intrigued by you as you are of it.

Calmly talk to the spirit, just as if you are talking to a person you just met. Introduce yourself. Ask its name. Be calm and respectful. There is no guarantee that you will get a response, audible or otherwise, but it's worth a try.

I see them too. I found that I wasn't afraid of them until I was informed that I wasn't supposed to be able to see them, I think I was four or so, old enough for pre-school. FYI if you ever have a kid...don't tell them they're not supposed to see what's infront of them. It screws up their natural abilities and tends to make them afraid of something harmless.
