samhain coming up

samhain coming up

in Australia it is 3 days till samhain, and my first! I am sooo excited. Is it just me or is it strange that samhain is right near ANZAC day? Anyway what is everyone doing? can anybody give me any tips as a first timer?

I am an Aussie too and celebrating Samhain; the New Moon is also just under 5 days away so I am combining Dark Goddess work together with other Samhain practices.
My Mother passed on the 29th, aka tomorrow. My Mother and Grandmother both possessed the gift although neither of them followed the path.
Having said all that, what I would suggest Alina is that you follow your heart - do a little reading about the Samhain practices of others and then go with what feels right for you.
