Positive Mood Spell?

Postby FaePug » Sun Aug 12, 2018 8:14 pm

I realize magick isn't an instant fix, but I have nothing else to turn to at this moment.
I get depressed very easily and it lasts a long time. It's hard to do just about anything because of it. I can't talk to my family, my parents tell me to just "push through it" and that I'm being dramatic. I don't have any friends or teachers I'm close with. Considering I'm a minor, medication is definitely not an option. I honestly just want a potion or spell to give me a little up when I'm down. Any ideas?

A little physical exercise to raise chi energy helps. Swing both your arms forward & clap, then swing both arms back & clap. Repeat. Do up to 100 if you want. It gets the heart pumping &'blood moving & palms stinging. Then place your palms flat on your hips, inhale & exhale comfortably a few times & breathe the energy within your body; move your hands to the stomach, breathe, draw the energy within; then place palms on your chest & draw the energy within. Next you spread the energy around in the same bottom-to-top order. Rub your palms around your hips, the stomach & chest. What you've done is raise energy, infuse & spread it within your body. No drugs. Just vitality.
