i was just wondering can i meditate during my menstruction?

I'm not an expert, but i dont see why not...i do and i dont see a difference, but i maybe wrong...i would like to know if it does make a difference tho.

Menstruation is an act of the body, meditation is an act of the mind. Of course you can!

Well i feel the normal, but it doesn't effect my mind...like shadowx said meditation is an act of the mind...i think as long as you don't think about your cycle you will be fine.
