I'm mostly into video games that are horror. But lately been watching more movies... Here are some of my favorites:
Suspiria, the Babadook, VHS 2, Rosemary's Baby, Juon, Deliver us from evil, and Kuchisake Onna.. Just to name a few.

I also enjoyed the first Silent Hill movie.

I like supernatural (or sci-fi) horror; but I will be honest, most of my favourite horror movies aren't really all that scary. I'm just not into being scared, ok? :) Anyway, some of my favs:

The Birds
Suspiria
House (aka "Hausu")
Alien
Sleepy Hollow
The Blair Witch Project
The Ring (I actually prefere the American remake)
El Laberinto Del Fauno

Just caught it again on HBO - Constintine. They got the lore and Latin right and great CGI D&m0ns and infernal regions.

The Bride of Frankenstein.

One of my all time favorite movies. Not a horror film by today's standards but definitely a must watch. All the old Universal monster movies are a must watch for any horror film fan.

I also love the 80's/90's slasher horror films.
Nightmare on Elm street, Friday the 13th, Scream, Halloween. All good stuff.
Also I'm a sucker for a good zombie movie.

It's rare that I like any of the new horror films. You can tell they've run out of ideas.

Come and taste of the cauldron's brew and magic she will give to you

yeah I can agree on that.
I've seen a few of the newer horror movies and they are all pretty bland.

The original Nosferatu movie shot in 1922. The full movie is on youtube

Horror movies have never given me nightmares but violent cartoons do.
