I have a question about Oil Burners

Postby WhisperedCandlelight » Sat Oct 11, 2008 8:22 pm

So i went out and happily Bought myself alittle Oil Burner to use during Spells or rituals. Right now it is sitting on my Private Altar. Its very nice looking where i can fit a nice small white candle in and the light shines through it and it heats up right away.
But i was wondering in what purposes will i use this and what is i for.
Ive searched google and no results so i decided to come here, Im about to Refer to my books but i wanted to know what you think or use them for.

Advice and comments are greatly appreciated!

Blessed Be

P.S. I know its for burning oils now. But Why and what would you need to use it for in spells and rituals. Anything is still appreciated

Don't hold me to this, but I think that oils are used to consecrate things.

Like... bless them in a way.

That's just my understanding of it.

And if it's completely wrong, I apologize for sending you the wrong information.

And, if it is wrong, I'd like to know too. Haha

Because I'd just be living under false pretenses then.
