This had happened a year ago, but I still have an eerie feeling that there's someone in my mother's kitchen. I was going into the kitchen to grab a drink when I past a cold spot in one of the dining room chairs. I keep on passing the cold spot when all of a sudden I got scared. Then there was this girl in Belleville who was just found in the river dead and we have no clue on what to do. Can it be her? she knew someone who had been dating my mom and I
m really scared that this cold spot might be her ghost. Plz tell me on what I should do. My father doesn't know that I'm going Wiccan and I need to find a banishing spell to try to put her to rest.

First off, go through the mundane checklist. Try to look around your home to see if there are explainable reasons. Then go for a cleansing and protection spell. Alternatively you can use a protection oil and anoint the doorways with it after a cleansing/smudging.
Finally, you can simply keep observant and record in a journal what your experienced and when. This way you can rea

I'd say yes. Definitely. I've sent spirits to my living family as they are deceased family spirits. Then there are spirits my friend can call out. He can send them to damage on people he dislikes. Like making a living person believe every one is against him. Or making them hear doors and stuff opening and closing. Tugging the covers while your asleep. Changing the temp. It feels so good in my bedroom when he does it. Florida is too hot for me.

He can recall them or the spirit leaves when it wants to.

Depending on the age of your house, it could be another spirit, but as was already mentioned by Black Tail, check for the mundane, normal explanations first. I went to an exorcism once where the supposed spirit was a raccoon in the walls.

Also, spirits tend to stick to places important to them in life, or to where they died. It seems unlikely that this girl would go after you, unless you unknowingly walked by her body before it was found, in which case she may have followed you since you seem more sensitive than most. Happens to me all the time, the bad part of being so grounded by my earth wavelength.
