I've felt something around the heart chakra for as long as I can remember. I believe it's energy, for what else could it be? I sense some type of "thrill" or maybe adrenaline running through my chest. Sometimes it pulls from my stomache and up to my chest. I usually feel this whenever I'm expecting something. It feels like some form of delight and excitement. What's confuses me though is that this feeling comes to me even when I'm tired. I cannot control the sensation, and it doesn't have to have a reason for coming either. So I'm really curious of what's really going on? It feels nice, but sometimes it's just too intense that it makes me nervous instead...
Any ideas?
