I'm here in Bexar County... (Alamo Town)... The 7th largest city in the US.. You would think its bigger than what it is...
But it's really not.

San Antonio is .. Well, let's just say I'd rather be staying in my favorite town, Dallas!
I was born in North East Texas, but Dallas I'd my stomping ground...

I lived there most in my life...I came down here for my love, my childhood love. It's where he lives. (but I'm trying to get him to take my not so subtle hints to move the hell back up North!!!) (I want to claw my way back up there!!!)

I love the wetter, colder weather (my arthritis doesn't) but its greener there.

Here.. It's becoming more arid.

I love tornado alley.. The lightning, the booms of thunder.. It reminds me of Thor, Zeus... Playing their macho games..


I long for Dallas, Mesquite, Garland, Plano, Bedford, Arlington, Irving, Deep Ellum Night Clubs...(Church Night/Lizard Lounge) ....

M~Dragons, I live just south of Fort Worth. I'm excited to see so many other Texans on the forum. I love going to concerts in Deep Ellum. I'm sorry you miss it so much. If I ever move, there's much I will miss about this area.
